That is not a flat top.
It's lower compression 2 barrel piston.
I need to see if I can find the set that I have.
I will not have a connecting rod

Ya....not a flat top. I think I have just one single piston with pin from a '65 or 66. I do believe they are the same. It is not mounted on a rod, but i do have those too.

Skirt is not messed up
Ring gaps look very nice.
Needs a thorough cleaning

I got a whole set with rods you can have for shipping costs. Would need to verify the part number but they are low compression 383 pistons.

I will look for it....sorry i got busy today. If i have something you can use, you can have it..... i usually keep original singles like that from motors ive built "just for reference". Ill be back in touch.

Spoke too soon, sorry. I tore into the stash, and came up with every other flavor of bbm piston, but no 383. 426 is the same bore, but wrong compession distance. I have a good rod if you need it, but it appears the piston got left at the machinist with some other stuff thats still there. Pretty slim chance of recovering it there. If it turns up, ill let you know.
