Just in case you wonder what a new one looked like, this was an original, 31 mile 77 Newport 4 door sedan (400 2-bbl) that appeared at the Syracuse Nationals on July 19, 2014. That's a huge show, with about 8,000 registered cars. The guy who put this on display ran a junk clean-out business. The car was in the garage of a house in a wealthy neighborhood near Syracuse, not far from the selling Chrysler dealer, that's still there today. The owners passed away, and the survivor sold it to the clean-out guy for a song, as the the car was in the way of a house sale. He then re-sold it, a long time ago. It had a green vinyl interior with the standard seats.
