I agree after 72' b body cars got really ugly for some reason. I think it was the fed's getting to involved with safety standards.

With these the two toning as on the Satellite Sebring worked in favor of the design IMHO. I rarely like two toning over monotone paint jobs. While I'm not quite sure if this example isn't just primered on the lower belt, but they were available that way.

Late to the post but that Alfa must have one of the most uncomfortable shifting positions I have ever seen in a car.

They do. Italian cars have some really weird ergonomics in general. The Alfa Spider has the shifter coming almost out of the dash.
