P51D And Fuselage Coupe Comparison

I believe someone on this sight (Stan ?) posted an in flight profile picture of a P51D, and a Chrysler Fuselage coupe. The 2 pictures were a perfect comparison of the inspiration of the stylists that created the Fuselage body style.

I've searched on here but cannot find it.

Can anyone help me out ?

Yeah it was Stan. I remember the post. It was about one and a half - two years ago. It was in response to a car for sale ad, car was a '70 or '71 Chrysler Newport two door non vinyl roof, green in colour. Comparison was of said car's side profile above or below a stock photo of an in flight, side profile, stock photo of a beautiful P51D. That's all I can do for you, best of luck.

Is that from the ad you were looking for? Or did you make your own? If it's the one you were looking for, sorry for throwing you off with the "green" claim. In my defense, there's a ton of green in dark gold metallic/tawny gold.
