I have talked about Usinger's and Klement's both making the best meat products with the old world recipes they brought with them from Germany. My dad told me that his grandfather and our family has been eating Usinger's since it opened in 1880. Bob Uecker is a famous baseball guy and movie star. He also has been the voice of the Milwaukee Brewers for atleast 40 years and still calls the game on the radio.
I'm telling everyone that if you get to Milwaukee you have to try some stuff from Usinger's or Klement's. You won't be disappointed. I've been eating it for the last 67 years and I don't have a single Stent in my chest. You can go to Usinger's website and order anything you want and they will ship it to you in a 2 day ice pack.
