I believe the one I have is vacuum operated. I’ll have to check to be sure. I do know I tested it & it did work

No good sheet metal. Complete minus radiator. Good grille. Headlight motor is there. Am/ Fm radio. W/W bottle is bad. Has power trunk release. Built 11-70. Motor condition unknown. Let me know if there is anything you can use.

Are you going to be putting a socket to the crank to see if it turns freely?

(And does anyone know, if my assumption is correct, that these above mentioned parts, are compatible with 1970 300?)
