I had originally bought because I thought it was cool and it would be neat for my kids to drive it to school. My wife didn't think that was a good idea so I let them drive my truck. I have had the car in indoor storage. Hard to believe I have had it that long.
The thought has crossed my mind on parting with it...or maybe this is the year to get it on the road. It does run quite well.

Cool -- thanks! Am I seeing correctly that it has non-boosted brakes and 2-speed wipers (the motor is different for 2- vs. 3-speed wipers)?

You did a nice job with the decode. You have a typo at the top its GY3 not CY3.
The V5X is the black body side mouldings.
The thing you did point out that I have never even noticed before is that it was coded for the Cassette Player. I went and grabbed the fender tag from my files to confirm. It is in fact coded for the R26. I am kinda a numbers and fender tag geek and never noticed that before. Thank you for pointing that out. Funny both my cars have that. That would explain why it has a three speaker dash.
Anyone have a Cassette Player kicking around?
The car has a 4bbl setup on it now and dual exhaust. I have a C-body HP drivers side manifold for it and a B-body passenger side HP manifold that I think would work. But then you would need to redo the exhaust.

Yes you are correct. It really is a low option car, manual brakes. I believe Power Steering was standard so it does have Power Steering. It also does have two speed wipers which is quite different than the three speed unit.

Thank you for the correction, I've fixed it; interestingly (or not), I get the same answer on the decoder with CY3 and GY3. That must be why I did not notice the typo in the first place.
Good point: Here are 3 pics of my car, one of 842 Dodge Polara convertibles for the 1970 model year (and one of exactly 100 red ones).
Pic #1. The first owner's widow sold it in 1977 to the second owner, who sold it to me in March of this year. He initially drove it as his daily driver, for 2 years, before buying a VW Rabbit and assigning the Polara to leisure duties. Throughout the ownership, he religiously cleaned the underside. When I bought it, the Polara had sat from 1985 to 2016 in a garage owned by my seller's father in Pottstown, PA. Dave (Polara71) took a photo of the car back in 2014, when the car was first advertised for sale:
I took Pic #2 on the day when I bought it 6 weeks or so ago in Reading, PA. At that time, I did not know if the engine would turn, and if the top was still in working condition. All I could hope for (thanks to Dave from his 2014 visit, and to an inspection earlier this year) was that it had no rust. The photo is on the lot in front of the specialty hod rod shop in Reading, PA where the second owner kept the car stored from late 2016 till I bought it:
I took Pic #3 last Sunday on the lot of Contemporary Automotive, a restoration shop in Beltsville, MD. This Mopar specialist brought the Polara back to life for me. Smitty, the shop's owner and a member here, is standing next to the car. He told me I could post this photo:
