Just installed a new carb and was turning screws in and out like a drunken monkey with a stick. That cost me big time...
I called Accurate to order two new ones and he said "I just sent you two new ones" . :icon_confused:

I agree. This same thing happened on my '59 Imperial as I was driving it. It was the condenser. It was intermittenly cutting the motor off so slight that you would barely feel it. Then continue to dump raw fuel causing the mufflers to explode.
