No criticism or disrespect meant...I understand prioritizing repairs. I hope to get what I'm after soon... and it wont get paint for sometime ... needed or not.

Can't ***** about The Weather here so far. No Snow Yet Cold today,But its Been in 50& 60
That was shorted lived....We got snow last night. Not a lot but a layer of ice under it so it was a little tricky driving home from dinner.

We did up here in the D as well, it was quite possibly the slickest roads I've ever driven on for over halfway home from the shop.

Cantflip: I grew up in Elliott just down Steuben Street from Crafton. Went to grade school At St Martins. Do you remember the donut shop on Steuben Street It reopened a couple weeks ago after a minivan went thru the side of it in April. It truly is a small world.

It was a little out of my stomping grounds as a kid... lived not far from Crafton park. Buy the time I was driving, all I ever did on that side was get in trouble at the West End Overlook and house parties... Crafton heights and Elliot... but I would be hard pressed to remember many of the names today. Donuts were not on my mind back then. Damn, now I want a donut...

I have a friend here who grew up in that same neighborhood, a year or two older... we don't remember each other at all, but knew lots of the same people. I won't do last names here, I want mine to stay private too. Did you know the Crafton cop who got arrested for DUI, hit and run, manslaughter about a decade ago? He was a little younger than me.

Cantflip: I grew up a block from the West End Overlook. We spent a lot of daylight hours there playing softball and being constantly harassed by the police as the parking lot was ment for parking and not ball playing. we also used to sled ride on old car hoods(57 chevy ) that with the rounded front acted like a toboggan waxed them down they would fly down the hill. as for he crafton cop I recall the incident but did not know the cop personally.

Yep, too far apart to have run in the same circles as kids. I'm Jeff BTW. I don't get to PGH as often as Mom would like, but there's really no one there I still keep in contact with. I was there for a little while in May for a funeral, spent time with my brother, 6 years difference and his old hangouts and mine were different. Lots of folks I knew moved or died, the people I have run into are usually acquaintances who I would have never sought out in the first place. The old places are more rundown or gone. Last time I was at the overlook there were so many needles laying around I haven't had the urge to go back. The last shop I ran got bulldozed and rebuilt within the year I left into a convenience store.

I miss some things about PGH, but I wouldn't trade what I have to be in the winters and cloudy days. I don't really love Orlando either, but I have a nice neighborhood and steady work that suites my needs, if not all my desires. I'm not coming back, that's for sure.

Jeff :Yes the Overlook area has gone down hill. a developer bought the red brick house next to it and surrounding lots in hope of building high end condos advertised for buyers got no interest so canceled the project. My name is Mark.

Hey Mark. You seem to have lots of members around PGH... I hope you guys can network a little, share resources or more eyes watching for that something... do you have bigger pics of your wagon? Oh and sorry Vince... almost everyone here has a small attention span... just because we take a tangent doesn't mean we don't like your ride too.
