69 Dodge Monaco wagon, nicely restored with some liberties taken. Bucket Seats and console with 3rd seat & seat belts added. Numbers matching driveline, 383-4 with 82000 miles. Power Disc brakes up...

The artist that was drawing the design for Carlisle Events that year was a Moparts member. He asked for photos of a 71 Dodge A body, it had to be a very nice running, driving car. He already had two 71s for the design, he needed a 3rd. I posted the photo of my blue 71 and said something to the effect of " This is all the Dodge from 71 you need" he reached out to me. That was that.

Hmmm, no kidding. Wow, very cool story. You got really lucky.

It did not, but it will. Vintage luggage is easy to locate AND on the cheap.

Luck had nothing to do with it. The Blue 71 is the best there is of that breed. It wows everyone, the color combo is striking and it is in great condition. It deserved it over every/any A body.

I wish I could have seen that car, the color combo was the cars meow, and the rims to boot!

That IS a good idea Kevin, I got another one that can maybe help. Maybe if you have a youtube account Dave, maybe comment on the video and say “thanks for videoing my car and its for sale if anyone is interested” with a link to the ad? I don’t know, just some thoughts and my .02 cents.
