I have an original from a 65 Monaco. I'd have to check that all the mounts are there but I think they are.
Looks kinda like this..... sorry the pic is so crappy.

I use one from a late 90 to 2000's dodge mini van....they mount up under the floor boards around the drivers side area. I use it on my 84 Cummins crewcab with the hydro-boost brake system.

here is the one I used....

Another option is the one from a 2000-2004 Dakota with 4.7L

I'll be using it on my 1957 DeSoto. I had seen a couple people recommend them for these cars. I wanted something that would look correct, and I think a cooler from a 1965ish would look the part. Most people wouldn't know whats correct on these cars anyways, most people don't know what a DeSoto is.

This pump and hardware came off of a 67 Chrysler 300 Big block with AC. Not sure if this is what you are looking for.

I thought it was pretty cool too when I saw it. I bought it off of a car in a salvage yard thinking I could use it on my 68 Charger but when I changed plans and went with a 6.1 in place of the 383 I had to forgo that plan. Not many uses for it these days unless it is a big block car with air.
