power window sticks

I loosened the tracks and lubed them. The motor is strong. It goes down fine, it goes up fine untill 3/4 the way up then stops but is still trying to push. If i pull the window up a touch it goes up fine. For some reason it seems to bind at a particular point and is fine when helped past that. I pulled the motor and it works fine without assistance.. What do others find works great as a lube in this situation

It sounds as though the window is binding in the track or maybe a couple of teeth on the plastic gear have sheared although the latter I've not witnessed.
