i was wondering if and how i could find out the production number of my car, i think its pretty rare but id like to find out how rare. its a 1970 fury II 2dr sedan (has the post between the side windows) slant 6, 3 on the tree, manual steering, manual brakes, B7 Jamaica blue with blue interior.

His "White Books" do NOT break down "C"-body production beyond say, how many 1971 Fury III two-door, four-door, or ragtops, were built. None of his books (or any other source I'm aware of) are going to break down beyond that info. GG doesn't give a rat's *** about C-bodies, anyway, and the likelihood your inquiry to him will be 100% ignored. Trust me.

You're not going to find out how many B7 Jamaica Blue 225/3 with manual brakes and steering were built. Ain't gonna happen, unless you perhaps contact Chrysler Historical. They will tell you what they have on your car for a fee.

It's my understanding that the Chrysler production records for part of and after model year '67 were:
1) Lost in a fire
2) Lost in a flood
3) Lost in Space
4) Still on old tape drives and no working machines still exist by which the data can be extracted.

Someone (GG???) may have the printed sales reports that year but I don't think they have ever been published.

5) Stowed away with no financial reason and/or justifiable labor resources to revive them.

Like it or not...the guy has had access to A LOT of records. Others do too but they are not as well known. GG had a great publicist.

Schlepping cars for a classic car dealer in IL or WI, I forget. He pissed me off years ago, refusing to help my nephew and his AAR 'Cuda. This after I provided HIM quite a bit of raw material from the time he started doing his thing. Plenty of other guys out there that have as much, if not more info that are not as well-known.

My point is - You want to know how many were built with color, specific options, engine and trans together - it's not gonna happen.
