Quarter interchange

Need new lower quarters on the 70 Fury Convertible. What years interchange? Do 2dr lower quarters work?

2-door and 4-door will work, I'd have to look at the bumpers on the other years (69-73) but other than that I see no reason they wouldn't work.

So if the area around the bumpers is ok you should be good to go with all them (just no wagons).

The side marker lights / reflectors are in different locations on the 69 vs the 70 & up fury's if that matters and is only aesthetics. The 69, 70 & 71 are the closest match as you can see the 72 & 73 are much different unless your using just the very lower portion of the quarter but even then in my eyes not worth the effort.

There you go, it is alway funny how quick people are to correct missinformation.

I didn't realize the 72/73 were so different than the 69-71. I always look at marker lights as a secondary problem, fix the damage then worry about looks, often the markers can be relocated.

No misinformation to correct here Alan, ccasion14: I've owned a 69 Sport Fury Vert since 1976 and pretty much know them inside out with the exception of probably the rear end differentials. Well at least the one that owned. :3gears:

And now my new one will be a whole new relationship I'm sure ..... :love7:
