Radiator 3574605 18398 - which shroud?

Hi,

in my 68 Road Runner I have a 26" radiator with numbers 3574605 and 18398. According to Mr. Google, this radiator belongs to a 72 C-Body. I do not have a fan shroud for the radiator and I do not know, which one will fit. Does anybody have a part number?
