Ram truck sales are really climbing....still.

Right after I see a 1969, $20k++, 14,000 mile Fury.
You'll never see the watch.

Don't feel bad. I was given a pile of old records, one was a Nat King Cole. I thought I hit pay dirt, until a quick ebay search showed it was worth maybe $10.

Love my RAM!

Love your Ram too that silver with window tint is as good as it gets.

I regret ever selling this 5.9 Cummins 6 spd I bought new in 2002 it was the best one I've ever had. Have a 2005 now but could easily get lured in by these new ones. Hoping it's spring fever and will soon pass.

Going through dad's stuff, he had a certificate and pin from Faun trucks from the early 50s for his 200,000 km accomplishment. I'll try and get a picture of it.

Here are the pins he got for 200,000km and 300,000km on his truck and his certificate acknowledging his contribution in keeping that truck going so long without major problems. Quite a feat given the technology and the roads at the time. It's no gold watch, but...

This is what he had to deal with

I can read that :). So your roots are in Cologne. Winters were a bit rougher in the old days, my grandpa has a few stories about These conditions too, even though it was usually no Long distance driving, it was just a 7.5 ton model hauling electric appliances from manufacturers to the store he was employed and to customers. This was his daily Driver as well after working hours up to the mid 60s when he bought his first car at all.

Post your Rams

After 7 years of excellent faithfull service I sold the Rumble Bee & bought a long bed mainly because I thought it would tow better & it does. Seat is too darn hard, but other than that this is an excellent truck!!! Plus my girlfriend wouldn't ride in the Bee. She thought it was childish looking...LOL

One of Dad's other trucks. He got free samples too. :VB toast:

It's amazing how when the first Rams were introduced they looked as big as a Freightliner. Today, when parked next to a 2014, they look like compact trucks.

I was a senior in high school when they came out. That design was so different, they really stood out. I loved them.

I came across this truck and I clued Lance the Destroyer onto it and he bought it.

We're trying to get it started but it's been raining crazy. It turns freely though. :D
I'm thrilled I could get him out of his Ford slump and back into Mopars where he belongs.

He sure is glad you helped him out with this gem. ;)

I agree, the new trucks are huge...even half tons. Silly really.
