I've said quite a few time that I'm not a buyer of new vehicles, but that is disappointing to me. A 4 door Dakota would have been on my list for a daily in 5-10 years. Oh well, I guess I'll stick with Jeeps and Tacomas'.
What could have been with an SRT 392 Dakota
I haven't a clue how the UAW allowed that.

The UAW membership is 1/10th the size it was at its peak.
Then again. the last two UAW presidents are going to jail...
Yep being MTTOTY 3 times in a row has created a bit of demand you could say.... however the chip shortage isn’t helping us stay at that paceThey can't build Ram's fast enough. And I believe they are still manufacturing Gen 4 1500's.

Ram built and sold 500,000 trucks last year and could of sold more if they had the chips to increase production. Ram is selling every TRX as fast as the paint dries!
AND you used to brag about your Toyota. Those were the days ...
Nissan, wasn't it?

WHY WTF? I respect a person for being honest like that. Look at all the wrecked cars you post about and say WTF.
I recall a story that my service manager told me in 1983. It was about a older gent who bought a new 71 Hemi Cuda and took it out of the dealership sideways. The old guy drove it right back into the dealership because it was to powerful.
Honestly, the 392s out of the box are quite extreme.
Maybe....some people can't handle extreme power.
I don't think trading the TRX in a month later resulting in at least a $20k loss as a smart move.
Most can not Bob.
Not knowing the circumstances its hard to say why exactly he did. Maybe he values life more than money.
