The single headlite '57 front end lookz sooooo much better the the quadz in '58 IMHO. Passed up my shot at a '57 red 'n white 392 W/ 727 and a complete ground up resto sitting it the car corral at the Auburn auction back in the mid '80s for 5K, DUM DUM JER WHIMPER WHIMPER

It's OK Jer....... If it was a 392 then someone besides Ma Mopar put it there. Only Hemi option was a 354.
There is a 58 Styleside in a salvage yard not far from me. Last time I checked they were pretty proud of it.

I'm saying 392 only because that's what went into the carz in '57+ '58. All I remember iz that the spark plug wirez were covered up with those cute little black metal strips and the rockerz waz silvah. What do I know, I'm ah Cross Ram guy. I still think the air cleanerz on the '7+'8 dual quad WCFBz looked kinda yucky after thoughtish... BTW, That Sweepside had a single quad with and air cleaner on it so big I sware it waz an oil bath type that you could sit under the hood in there and soak your feet, lol
