Extremely Rare 1969 Chrysler Imperial Crown Coupe. 2 Door Model. 1 of 244 ever produced. Very Powerful V8 Imperial Engine 440 cu.in., 350HP @ 4400 rpm with 2.94 rear gears and 4 barrel carb. Dual Exhaust, Hideaway Headlights, Power Windows, Cloth Interior, Front Disc Brakes, Rear Drum Brakes and Automatic Transmission. This car has 109,XXX miles on the odometer and runs no problem, moves in all gears and stops. The interior would need a refresh, the exhaust has a leak, the passenger fender has a dent and the trunk pan would need some attention, nothing unsurmountable. This 1969 is truly a muscle car sleeper classic. Imperials were the top of the line models from Chrysler and a getting very, very hard to find in this model year. Don't miss a great opportunity to bring this rare car back to the car shows. If you are interested, please reply in the subject line with the words "1969IMP". I will email you back

It's not a "muscle car" per say, but I know why a seller would state or say so. Anyways, 1969 Imperial Crown 2dr Coup is a magnificent car alone by itself IMO, even better so restored. At $2900 I'd be looking at that it for sure.

It definitely deserves a look and the price seems realistic.

It's definitly a great looking car.

Nice to see what a good ad can do... Looks way better than in the last ad!

Wait a minute. . . Isn't this the same car you made an offer on, and you stood on your ear to get the shipping , etc. arranged, the seller seemed to commit to the deal, and then it turned up "sold" to someone else ?!? Is this the same ******* ?

Is it being sold by the new owner or is the same owner listing it again? Wasn't it in PA?

I'm confused.
Is this a fast flip or is it just still for sale but only at a higher price?

That's what I'm talking about. It's a fast flip, I think. New guy, new place...

Now $1.150 dearer...

and of course, new price -_-

There was only one good thing on this mass... I never seen an '69 Imp without Vinylroof before. I've always imagined that this will look great; Now I know that I will clean the roof of my future owning car.

You also have to take into account, the car was in Pennsylvania and is now in New Hampshire. That took a few bucks and time to get it up there. I don't think the flipper is looking to make a killing. Nothing wrong with making a few bucks. It was a bargain to begin with.

Look at it this way, contact the new seller. He may be easier to deal with and if it costs a little more now(in the overall scheme of things), that's a small price to pay to get a deal done.

He bought it for 15 hundred. It cost at LEAST 400 to get it up there. He MAY make a grand on it. More likely 500-750. Even at a grand, when you add up your total costs, it's chump change.
This may be your opportunity.

There's a plug around the rear window that you'll have to contend with though...

Now we know who the scum bag who bought it out from under Julian is.....
HowTF can you call him a scumbag?
And how did he buy it out from UNDER Julian.
I see NOTHING wrong with this whole sequence of events.

A buddy and I once flew to El Paso Tx..... rented a van and explored every junk yard and field full of old cars we could find in SE New Mexico for 5 days. Then shipped a van load of parts home via UPS and flew back.....

How many parts did you buy out from other people because you showed up cash in hand. Jeezses H Chryste....

Stan's computer has been hijacked by somebody with a reasonable, common sense opinion....

At $2900 it's still a good deal as long as there isn't any surprises or rust issues. Originally a Pennsylvania car would make me think it would have rust issues unless it was a fair weather garaged car. The eagle emblem on the left front fender looks like it shouldn't be there.

Every time I see this car pop up, I like it more and more. Unfortunately, I need a daily driver and my 80 mile per day commute would soon bankrupt me.
