Rare Mopar Features and Options You Never Heard Of | Chrysler Plymouth & Dodge Rare Options

This popped up on my feed.
Nothing here however is a revolution. Every true, diehard, long in the tooth mopar guy already knows about this stuff.

Naturally looking for cool new info I watched it. I personally was disappointed.

Yeah I hear ya. Nothing new for sure but still maybe of great interest to our younger /newer C body enthusiasts. Us old poops will yawn but the new guys will be very interested. Anything really new with these cars will be far and few between for long time C body guys. I didn't watch the whole video. I guess my target audience was the new guys wanting to devour any and all C body data.

So I am definitely a Mopar noob. I found these tid bits interesting. Thanks for posting the video.

1. At 26 seconds I can see the front chrome wrap on the fenders and hood on a dark blue Monaco. What is that code?
I know that on challengers that is a pretty rare option. This must be rare on Monaco's also??

2. About the superlite, I had not heard what the actual use of the superlite was. That makes sense that it was used to light up the right side of the road without bothering the oncoming traffic.

3. At 1:49, that tan interior is stunning! What is that interior code? Anyone know?

4. A dana 53? Huh? I did not know about that one.

And since we are noting rare items and that video has barracuda's on it, I have to point out what I collect.

And here on this great site,

The trim on the 69 Polara is the "Spring Special" trim, code A47/A49
The color is likely B9 blue.
