When I had my '79 Cordoba, we took it to Yellowstone pulling our Coleman Trailer with it. That was in 1997. While looking at the "Grand Canyon of Yellowstone some guys in a Jeep from Ohio stopped and started ogling my car. I said, "Guys, it's a '79 Cordoba." One said, "Yes, but we don't get to see them anymore as they all rusted away! Especially not one in this condition." (It was in great shape.)You could say that. The next year we drove it ad the trailer to Michigan. In Iowa getting lunch I spied a '78 Cordoba the same color as mine. I could see his feet on the pedals! It was worse than the car in this picture! It was then I understood the conversation with the guys in the Jeep the year before. We do NOT get stuff like this in California.
