Hey Everyone!
I'm finally getting around to just picking through my Furys and seeing what needs to be replaced, etc. I want to replace the front and rear shocks on my '71 Fury III with Monroes, and will be installing #5811 Sensa-Tracs up front, but for the rear shocks I'd like to put on the #32128 Monro-Matic Plus. Problem is, they are only listed for the 1971 Fury, Fury I, and Fury II. Is there some significant suspension difference between the Fury III sedans vs. the other models? I'm trying to keep the original ride and am not interested in improving anything on this particular car's handling. Just want to stay close to original. The only Monroe listed for the Fury III rear is #20706 Gas-Charged Heavy Duty Shock Absorber, but I'd much rather go with the Monro-Matic Plus if it will fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
