Removing heater box from 68 Sport Fury

Hello.
I am replacing the blower motor and ready to remove the heater controls from the heater box. I can't figure out how the clip that holds the cable to the box works. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I Never Cease to be Amazed How OFTEN or LONG you can Battle with some Obstreperous Mongrel of a Bolt / Nut / Clip.

Make sure to note the routing of the cables before you remove them, if they are bent to sharp the operation of the heat/defrost will be stiff.
