Since you found a part number...keep looking and you'll likely find 15x7 JJ stamped on it. Or you can measure bead to bead to see it's a 7 inch rim.
It would have looked like this dressed up from the factory. Used on 78 NYB Salons and 78/79 Magnums and was called the "aluminum fascia road wheel" Code W28.
