So after a brief chat with TTI it seems Mancini messed up the order.

They provided the right pipes but they provided me with 2.5” flanges for HP manifolds, which are incorrect for my 2.25” LP Log manifolds. I suppose I could find and source a set of HP manifolds, which would be something I’d want to do later down the road anyways, but I’m just going to cut off the 2.5” flange, install a 1/2” thick 2.25” flange and weld a small piece of connecting pipe. Everything else seems like it’s good as long as the hang it going from the rear, forward.
I should of noticed this earlier.
TTI’s customer service was very helpful and friendly so that’s always an upside.

Finally have the car back a few days ago.

If I haven’t said it already - I am very impressed by the quality of the product TTI made, and their customer service is beyond helpful and friendly. They definitely will get my business in the future.

The exhaust is installed after having to cut the 2.5” flanges Mancini providing me with and installed 2.25” flanges. There aren’t any knocks, ticks, clicks or vibrations so far. Going to mufflers from glass packs, Toby one point no exhaust at all, definitely is a breathe of fresh air. It’s not loud and proud but I think for a highway cruiser it’s leaps and bounds better.
Think I’ll have them cut the pipes back a few inches for the installation of a future trailer hitch.

The white walls are on! Don’t think I can ever drive the car without them now. They couldn’t align the car to spec just yet as some of the front suspension components need to replaced. Ball joints, tie rods.

Don’t mind the gash in the quarter panel. Im going to hell for it I know.

Thank you for posting! Same experience I had when I changed the exhaust on Medina, my '71 T-code Monaco. The old (incorrect) dual was quite exciting when sitting at idle but, to me, tiresome once driving. The new exhaust is much less loud and much more relaxing on long(wish) drives.
