One thing to consider on the resto of this Polara is that I believe it is illegal in CA to run with white doors on a black body. This is due to the car possibly being mistaken for a real cop.

Whereas that may be true it doesn't apply to 1979 and older.
Section 27605 of the Vehicle Code cover the exceptions.
