Well, I made it for my son's wedding on Saturday. Here are a few pics of the first public appearance.

Nice, who's the old guy behind the wheel? :poke:

I like the shot with the group. It looks like the wedding revolved around the car, which is the way it should be. Nice looking wedding, I like the colors and the hats........You have more than one reason to be proud.

That's great! Car looks beautiful, love the rims and the color. My `68 RR is about to be LL1 Turquoise and those are similar rims, putting together a set of vintage coke bottle style torque thrusts.

Thanks for the compliment. But be careful of what you say, cause the old guy will have to send his "bodyguard" after you.

Thanks for all the comments. It turned out to be decent day and everyone had a good time. Now I have to finish it up and be ready for my daughters wedding on September 1st and do it all over again. Fred, there's a good chance you can see the car then. Maybe we can get a few guys together for a photo shoot.

Very nice, I really like the color choices, in and out, like the wheels, definetely the 4spd, and in a convertible 300 no less.

Again, very nice car.

NICE...NICE...NICE...!!! Both the car and the couple.
A convertible seems to make an event like a wedding really come together.... Everyone wnats to be in the picture with a nice convertible.....

Pretty car, great color combo. I love the light metallic paint with white upholstery. Good-looking wedding party too. Congrats!

Just to prove there is no accounting for taste, my one reservation is the choice of rims. I just don't like aftermarket rims on a C-body for some reason. Can't explain why.

Now that's something to look forward to!

Wedding #2 tomorrow. This one might be a tearjerker since it is my little girl getting married. Maybe the open bar will help.

Not a chance! They're all tearjerkers, especially when they are one of your own. Your C body brothers want pictures of this round too. :cheers2::cheers2:

The open bar will help initially until you get the bill for the open bar. Then it's a tear jerker all over again!

Actually it is prepaid per person, so we told everyone to get our money's worth. I am sure my sons and nephews will do me proud. LOL
