Ok, I'm ignorant.
Does not running a choke make the thief think the car won't start?

When the engine is tuned right,in the warm summer months you dont need a choke on a TQ.
Any other time,I do re-connect my choke.
2 pumps to the floor,turn key,let stall turn key again and fires up..dont hit the gas till she warms up a bit.
Also with TQ's do not open the secondaries when engine is cold and still on the choke!! Flood city!!

Harder to drive when cold. No start and drive as with a choke.
