So this just happened.

The ones on my '08 Dodge truck work good, and the ones that were on my '87 Grand Wagoneer worked great, on the Pacifica I can hardly tell that they are even on, they aren't much more effective than parking lights.
From my experience, for a fog light to be truly effective, the headlights should be off to get rid of the glare. And yellow seems to be better as well. The ones on my '06 PT, '10, '13, and '15 Rams were mediocre at best.

They definitely enhance the road lighting. I can certainly see more peripheral with them on.
They are on when my lights are on in the truck and Challenger

That's how they were on my GW, they would shine light almost 90 degrees from the front of the lens. That is if you're considering straight ahead as 0 degrees. :D

So still no decision from the insurance company. The collision shop however does not want to do the repair as they feel it would be structurally unsound. The passenger strut tower is moved significantly. The drivers side to a lesser extent. So I wait.

that's what I thought but I couldn't find it last night.

Insurance now says it's totaled. Now we're just haggling over price.
I pay a small additional premium on my policy to cover an equivalent replacement vehicle for 3 years in case of a total loss. Nice to have, but still hope not to need it.

Yeah to our amazement the dealership talked us out of Gap when we bought it. The finance person said she felt like she'd be taking advantage of us for it. Said we'd have equity in it for a while since we put 10K down. Ha. So much for that.

When I called to insure mine the agent asked if I wanted what my insurance company calls the "worry free" endorsement. It cost me $44/year for each vehicle and covers full vehicle replacement, as well as the requirement of only OEM parts for repairs.
