I have enjoyed this thread and the previous one. Stan had this guy pegged from day one.

It is a nice car, but it does have prior paintwork and its not like it is an extremely low mileage car. It is not the be all, end all M-B. I may be a little more critical of yours (or anyones, including mine) car, but then I come from a bodyman backround. It's a nice driver, but in no way a Pebble Beach car.
Throw the car out here for a price you are comfortable with, and advertise it elsewhere if you wish, but drop the hype. I am totally turned off on the car just for that reason and I would bet there are others that feel that way too."
