AH YES ... THE RIDGE ROUTE. And people still wonder and wander. I came off the north end one time at 105 MPH and still climbing in George Overdrive. Didn't get it back in gear 'til almost the 5+99 Split. Had to stop at Button Willow and change my skives and repair ah broken airline behind ah Glad Hand. For you newbies on the left coast that run that hill, The chicken house on the north bound side wasn't built in the late '70s, just the south bound waz there and it waz dark that nite, lol.
