Wow... How the hell did I miss this?

This car was my buddy Ted's. That's him at ESTA in Cicero, NY. I may be in the background... or at least there.

Original Hemi Road Runner. The car sat for years, the original black paint was "panel painted" with red as was the custom in the early seventies. My friend Dave bought it and I almost bought it from him... I was a day late on coming up with the cash. My buddy Ted bought it instead. He raced the car for a few years, both as a B/SA and then bracket racing (as it looks in the pic).

The car survives today! Owned and sometimes raced in the FAST class by Ralph Barbagallo. @FURYGT , @roadcuda @SportFury70 along with some others probably know this car.

circa 1972, dealership where my Chrysler was sold new. Also the original owner was mechanic here.

Yeah, I've seen the car, but not for a while now. He has so many cars I don't know how he finds time to get any of them out. It's nice to know the story though, thanks John.

Awhile back I found some vintage family photo albums at the dumps. Just dug them out of garage. One of people in the pictures looks just like toad from American graffiti.
