I'm pretty sure the far right end of the above picture is face on the left of this picture.

That being said...

The taller (blue) building appears to have been built in front of the older building.
Same view angle as the first picture

Although a new eve was added, windows and loading dock closed in, in Google you can move and see the old dock bumpers
