Drippin' Springz in the '30s Holy Crap. It ain't changed much it 60 yearz. Mama and I waited for the bank to open there when we were waitin' on closin' on Property just west of there in '94 to build again. Two Ladies came wandering out of the bank with a Grocery Cart loaded to walk out into the parking lot to load the 6 stallz of the self serve drive-ups with cash just laughin' and havin' ah good ole' time. When they got done and the cart waz M.T. they just wandered back into the bank still chattin' and Laughin'. FYI, Their waz no bullet proof glass in that bank then either. Just wide open no glass windows and those two were still laughin'. We bought the 2 acre parcel, signed all the papers and left there laughin' too(FWIW, Dripping Springs Iz 'bout 12-14 milez S.W. of Austin, Tx. on SR280 West). Sold the property in '95 'cuz we couldn't wait any longer to build so we bought a nice little Ponderosa ah bit closer to Austin, Jer
