The pic of the engine hanging on the shop crane in a dirt driveway near a shadetree....just might be THE MOST CLASSIC image in this wonderful, long-running thread. Many of us have "been there". 
That's me with the wrench, summer 1975. Tired 318 coming out of my 68 Dart, a serious 340 T/A (junkyard find!!) going in. Intake was the outstanding Eddy LD 340.
