For those that might not know. If you're needing drinking water and drilling a well for it in most placez in Tejas their are 2(two) aquifers in that state. ONE AT OR ABOUT 500 FEET DOWN AND THE SECOND ONE AT A LITTLE OVER SEVEN HUNDRED FEET DOWN AND BOTH ARE FOUND AFTER DRILLING THROUGH SOLID LIMESTONE WITH DAMN LITTLE TOP SOIL COVERING IT. What this meanz iz that when the storm's come from the southwest across Mexico and Baja or north from the gulf and drop their loadz in Tejas and Oklahoma it haz no place to go 'cept back to the gulf with a little help from gravity. The almost dry huge reservoir just west of the Austin city limits that waz almost bone dry because of a several year drought. This one storm filled it to over flowing in less the two days. That's ah bunch of water folkz. Too bad it couldn't have been redirected to somewhere above the reservoirz in California
