Yep floods suck and can basically happen anywhere, and the clean up is a lot of work. This is why homeowners does not cover flooding. When hurricane Ivan I think was the name came through probably ten years or so ago I was building my addition and did not have a problem without a sump pump after that I put in a kick *** sump pump figuring all was well till almost 2 years ago while on vacation we got 4"in 4 hours and came home 4 days later to my Challenger and a 2002 300m which had both been under up to the middle of the doors. My Challenger was okay after some cleaning and drying and fluid and brake work but the 300m has never fully recovered and took all the good out of the cheap transportation. Floods suck.
