$45,000? They all think they are worth a bunch but no one is buying. I know I over paid for my car and I knew what I was doing. No one is coming close to swinging at that price.

At that price, the seller has no intention of selling the car....or he has watched too many Saturday night Barrett-Jackson shows.

even barrett jackson is not what it used to be.......and isn't it on this week?

I have Directv and nothing on this weekend. There's a one hour B/J Special Edition on next week Wednesday called Survivors.

1970 Chrysler 300 convertible reference prices from just released Collector Car Market. Also their current estimate of the muscle car segment of the market is "flat" except for highly exceptional or rare versions.

Condition 1 show: $20,375
Condition 2: $12,350
Condition 3: $8650
Condition 4: $3800

The one above is condition 3+ assuming no hidden rust lurking under the car.

The interesting thing is that in their quarterly updates they don't even bother to list 4 door values in any full size car except Imperial, Galaxie XL500, Continental and Cadillac Calais.

That guy's dreamin' 45K? and it's green? actually that car looks nice in green but...
Hey Dave, why no comment from you on the `71 vert? You seen it before?

Yup, its a 70 and has been around the block. Its the nicest B3 70 I know of

Does the relationship between the front edge of the hood and the bumper look right here? Seems maybe the bumper has been pushed up a bit in the center.

Also does the stitching on the front seat look right?

Still, it looks great and I really like the colors. I think it seems worth close to what he's asking. Wish it was closer to me.

Definitely a fitment issue and i wouldnt be worried about the stitching..... For the price, this one or the green one.....????

The green Polara convert with the wing? No contest - this blue one. The colors on this are only part of the reason. This just seems like an honest, likely unmolested car.

Note the dent in the fender? This B3 blue car was auctioned off at salvage.

This is the green car in 2005

Why was the blue car declared salvage? Surely not for the dent.

As for the green one, that looks ugly, though it all depends on how the repairs wer emade of course.

Dont know why they declared it salvage. It was auctioned off before any of as fanatics could make a phone call.

You can bank the green car was NOT done correctly
