Is it my imagination but it looks like the Chargers are getting turned in much earlier than the Vic's. If true, that tells me something.

We'll have to see. Would be nice to get one at that price. From what I have been told the HP Chargers are fetching more than that at local public auctions.

Stopped by a local body shop today to get some boxes & this was in there being repaired. Looks like the town of Youngsville has gone to Chargers. Guy told me it had a Hemi in it

I know all the LEO Tahoes get shipped to the Islands when they are retired but what will the do with the Chargers, Taurus, and Caprices when they hit 80k? I have bought and sold a hundred 2000-2004 Crown Vics and those cost $3000 for a really nice one, under a grand if it needed work or was crashed.

I hope they mileage up soon. Dying to see. Many a F150 is rolling around my shop with a 4.6 mod engine pirated from a former cruiser.

There is a Manheim auction five miles from my shop. Although most I have bought at junkyards.

Stan, something popped up of FB a few minutes ago but for some reason my pos PC wnt let me copy properties and repost it.

It was literally pictures at night of all the cop cars, through the rearview. Gonna screw around Google to see if I can find it there.

On a sidenote, my daily is an 09 Tahoe LTZ. Leather, sunroof, nav. All the toys,

yet I slammed that pos 8 out back, 6 up front. Took all the emblems off, added a push bar, and bought a full set of cop rims from Chevy for $78 each.

I call it CopHoe. Found a little emblem on eBay that cays "Chevrolet Interceptor"

Still looking for a decent set of spotlights, then the roof rack comes off.

Drive fast, no tickets.

I would love to take a decent P51, put a 5.4 into it and a five speed.
I know some tuner house did several of those years ago
