About a month ago....some of my peers and my boss were talking about their kids getting out of school for the summer and some of them were saying that their kids said the summer break wasn't long enough. I told my boss that I would glad to take the summer of and I won't complain about coming back to work on September 1st. My boss said "You are serious about taking off this summer Bob" and I replied YES. He asked why would you want off that long? I said travel and car shows but more importantly.........practicing for retirement!
