It's shaping up locally to be a months long debate. The new england libs control the legislature and our governor is very conservative, and believes in self responsibility. Bet it will go to a people's referendum.
It's the same logic that brought us the seat belt buzzer. The Never ending need for politicians to protect and oversee our daily lives.
