Sunday morning autumn shots 69 sport fury convertible

That's the good ole "KNUCKLE BUSTER" :soapbox:
Ya that's the one. Before it was rechromed the inside of the steering wheel spokes were filed smooth as well as the outside off the spokes so they don't irritate or cut your fingers or knuckles. The wheel now feels like your holding velvet and your hands. It's hard to explain how great the wheel feels now , even the wife was impressed! It was a lot of money but very much worth every penny!

You generally get what you pay for. Very nice. Your car along with only a few others on this board look to be in a class of their own.

Absolutely gorgeous car! The steering wheel is over the top, he did a beautiful job. Well done!!

Gonna need a closeup walk around this beauty next month Marlow....weather permitting lol

You'd have to leave the lens cap on to get a bad shot of that car, man.
Awesome shots!

Agreed - that looks like a candy apple red I used to use on model cars about 50 years ago. I think every model car I built had that color somewhere on it. Super straight body allows that shine to take center stage.

It's a red with a Pearl added. I don't have the name in front of me. It was painted in 1999. All pictures were taken with my iPhone 6

Pearl and or a very fine metal flake does wonders for a classic cars paint job...... In my opinion that is :)
