I just got a windows 8 computer a couple days ago....I agree, it sucks a big one.

I got Win8 when it first came out.
Had no choice. Preloaded on the new Dell computer.
Dell wanted extra for previous version of Win. WTF?
There's a learning curve because of the gawd-arful interface but in the end it's not really that different.
Everything you're used to is just in another place and called something different now.

No need for me to buy one.......until the next version after 8....maybe. Mine with 7 is lightening quick and I haven't had a problem ever with this laptop.

I'm doing more and more on my Android tablet.
Man, the conveniences on it just keep growing.
Put ROKU and Netflix lon the tab ast night just so as to "cut the cable"
