Good Morning
I have been researching what the correct color should should be for a 1969 Sport Fury with a 440 4bbl. My research has indicated a particular color. But before I buy paint I'd like to get a general consensus. I hate going to shows and the "experts" tell me my engine color is wrong. I bought the car without an engine, it had a 383

Since both the turquoise K code 350 horse and the L code orange E86 375 horse were available in a Sport Fury and you are making it up anyway, you may as well go with orange.

The VIN or fender tag won't match so you can argue for the orange and be correct.

Have you ever run across a k code sport fury?

Edit; had 67/68s on the brain.
