The green bean 1977 Chrysler Town & Country

I am a T&C enthusiast, so I always geek out over them.
Beautiful 77 T&C. Looks like original paint (note the black on the spare tire extension). Pity the woodgrain is shagged, but it can be re-done. What is important is it appears to be rust free. The missing driver side rear door trim may be hard to locate. About as fully loaded as they came.
From what I can see, she has:
Easy Order Package (Code A06, Includes Light Package (Code A01) & Town &Country Package (Code A16))
Town & Country Package- Rear Assist Handles/ Luggage rack (Code A16)
Light Package (Code A01)
Cornering lights (Code L35...I wish mine had them)
The optional rear bumper guards (Code M83...the inside set...the outers were mandated by US collision standard... not included on Canadian cars... I wish mine had them).
Rear Step pads (Code M82...I wish mine had them)
Dual remote rear view mirrors (Code G73)
Autotemp Air Conditioning (Code H53)
Speed Control (Code N88)
100 Amp alternator (Optional, but Std with Rear doorgate defrost)
Chronometer (Code J22)
Tilt/ Telescopic steering column (Code S61)
Premium AM/FM 8 track stereo (Code R37)
Additional rear speaker (Code R31...necessitated with the 8track stereo)
Rear doorgate defrost (Code G01)
Power Windows (Code P31)
Power Locks (Code P41)
Premier Wheel covers (Code W13)
Vent windows (Code G25, required tinted glass Code G11...I wish mine had them)
Undercoating, includes underhood silencer pad (Code U55)

Now cars this optioned out often have other options, but from what I can see in the pics, I don't know,
What options I bet it has:
Sun visor with lighted vanity mirror (Code G44)
Power Seats (Driver 6 way Code P25...dual Power 6 way seats Code P28)

Options it's missing:
Power Antenna (Code R48...I'm surprised really, considering all the other options)

Options it may have but cannot tell:
Auto height control (Code S54)
Heavy duty suspension (Code S13)
Trailer towing package (Code A35) as opposed to light duty Code A34 because I see it has a receiver hitch, but it does not look factory to me.

Still rocking the Lean Burn? Wow...

The guy I bought it from said they had to get an abandoned title? It was a younger women who dropped it off to get worked on. I do have a clean AZ title.
Would be interesting to know how the mechanic came to possess the vehicle. Maybe he had lien rights. Perhaps an elderly owner took it in for work and met his/her demise. Heirs didn't want the trouble of selling it through the estate so they struck a deal...just speculation. I assume you have a title.

The stories our old cars could tell...

Luckily I do have the door trim that’s missing! It does not have lighted or mirror visors. Does have power driver seat. I don’t think it has auto height control. Not sure about heavy duty suspension. Does have a receiver hitch not sure if it’s factory. She still has the lean burn. Which seems to be functional.

Indeed a loaded beautiful example of the Town and Countries.

The Broadcast sheet would fill in some of the other options mentioned by @Mr C
Can't wait to see it and learn what else this great car has or had on it.
@Mr.Miller if you have not read this yet, the broadcast sheet can be in numerous locations. Under the seats, in the rear of the seats, behind the glove box, under the carpets, possibly in the headliner. A few other rare locations as well.

If it were a factory A35 it would have the code on the trim tag, as I understand.
Like my 76 that has it on the trim tag.

At a closer inspection I do have a aftermarket hitch. Not sure about heavy duty suspension

DrawTite was one of the higher-quality aftermarket hitch brands, back then. Probably more robust and better attached to the body structure, too.

I'm suspecting the SW suspension was more "HD" than the sedan suspensions. Either of the A-code trailer packages would certainly have it as a part of the package.

Seems like I bought two of the auxiliary transmission coolers from Chrysler years ago? NOS NIB Goes in front of the a/c condenser.

Just some thoughts,
