The other problem with silver is it seems that 75 % of newer cars on the road are some shade of silver or gold. I'm just bored to death by it.

This is the only silver car I've had recently. Everything popped on it except the color. I do really regret selling it though. :BangHead:
 
Depends on the painter if it "pops" or not... :rolleyes:

It really depends on if the rust was repaired properly and how much detail was in the prep before painting.

Formal's are notorious for looking good in 10 foot photo's. Even my rust bucket looked good in 10 foot photo's before my restoration. I wouldn't mind at all paying top dollar for a low mileage rust free Formal (even with a repaint) if the car is 100% squared away.

As I said many times before....eyeball inspection needed before pulling the trigger on a high priced low mileage Formal. If not your own eyeballs then a certified look from Matt, Chris, Will, Dave (s), Stan, and the many other trusted expert C-Body friends we have here on FCBO.
