The paint job and putting a '61 fury back together

I wish I knew also . I am sure I my dad and I will figure it out. Today new carpet is in but its got to set for a day or 2 The back up lights are back on the car I polished the dash and waxed it . I cleaned the side panels and put leather conditioner on them. I even did the trimming at the bottom of the desk were the knobs go for the headlights , wipers lighter ect . Will how much for the antenna ?

Looks great Steph. That's a big hammer for installing interior panels.

I'll find the antenna and let you know, if you still need it.

Looking beautiful. Can't wait to see it completed.

For the radio, I'd have it yours converted to Bluetooth/usb. It'll look exactly the same but then you could link it to your phone and use Pandora or IHeart radio, or thumb drive etc. There are all kinds of companies that do that conversation.

You could prep the car for an antenna but I would be a bit reluctant to drill a hole in one of those beautiful fenders.

I had them in the tail lights of my previous '61 fury and I also got the windows tinted on that 1 . I will be doing the same with this 1.

Here is more progress the front fenders are back on the car . My plate is back on ( 1961 TN plate) The chrome is on the back end ( Trunk) . I know what you are trying to say about the window Tinting but going in a car with clear glass on a hot Summer day is like going in a hot oven but when I put the tint on it made a difference it was a lot cooler plus it will protect my interior. The car had an added AC unit ( I hope it works )

The rear seat is back in and more of the chrome is back on . My jacking instruction sheet is on . The spare tire is in the trunk

I love that dash pad, where were you able to find it? My 61 Fury is missing it. Beautiful restoration so far and I can't wait to see it finished.

Back when I restored factory MoPar AM radios I would recommend this: REDIRAD - Rescue Your Radio

Add yourself a hidden antenna and voila .... no worrying about drilling into those beautiful fenders.
