It is. I learned that little factoid myself about a year ago.

Negative. The Grill Emblem on L's lights up when the lights are on. I believe it is wired through the parking lights.

Center L light is a running light. On with ignition on. Chrysler 300 Club members can buy them for $170, lens,bulb,gasket
