I think that you have the makings of some good stories. All the best videos have a back story, how you came by the car, a famous owner, I traded it for a microphone etc. That next car found you on a job didn't it? That is a story line. I mean how many 61 Plymouths are there out there?
You could make Toby the star if you don't want to appear on screen. Who doesn't love a good dog?
If you watch some videos you can see what works best and what to avoid. For me we worst is wind noise on the mic. Needlessly shaky shots is another, so get a tripod. And have a plot line.
