Thread for Craigslist morons

Using my eyeball micrometer... I'm thinking if it started at .030 over, its at .040 or more by now. Lots of "patina" on that build :realcrazy:

Almost like its never been cleaned, or painted...

Yeah, I don’t get it. I see this stuff all the time. Does the seller actually believe his own story? Is there a buyer out there who believes it and has $2500 to shell out?
He’s going with a big block,,, I’d like to hear his HP rating on it. Undoubtedly a four digit number!

I just stumbled upon this... IDK anything about the values, but I think he's a little high... "Museum Quality" won him the addition to the thread.

I'm already disappointed... Hopefully that hood latch comes down and whacks some sense into him.

Florida is full of wonders. I'm way off on my pricing standards.

Selling my 72 Cuda project, it needs complete restoration. It was originally a 340 car, was a 440 1/4 mile drag car before I bought it. Previous owner took drive train out, had only a racing seat, no I do not have seats or interior panels, dash is also gone. it’s stripped, ready for body work. The front and rear glass are out of the car but they come with the car. What you see is what you get, I can put bondo and paint on it to make it look nice and get twice the money but I’m not that kind of person. I bought it to make it a street driver again but it has been sitting in storage for a while and now my priorities have changed. I think it’s time for someone who can do the work to finish it. It has the typical quarter panels, trunk floor, below rear glass and floor panel rust spots. Main floor looks good but has small holes in different places, frame rails are solid, all the windows are there, front bumper and lower valance are there, those are hard to find parts. The car rolls easily for transportation, just email me here any questions or Text me your offer and I will call you back.
